If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated timeframe you were given upon placing your order, please:
- Check with your neighbours.
- Go to your local post office/depot as if it was undelivered they will be holding your parcel. Your courier may have forgotten to leave a missed delivery card.
- Call your courier company to organise a re-delivery or to solve any issues. Unfortunately, we cannot do this on your behalf as the parcel is yours.
- Check the address on the order as you may have inputted the wrong address. If your address was incorrect then your parcel may be returned to us after delivery fails at which point we can refund you for the cost of the items you have ordered.
If you have tried all of the above and still need assistance you can submit a ticket and explain your circumstances to our support team to see if we can help you further. Please do not contact us before trying all of the above as in that case, we would have to ask you to follow the same steps before we can assist.
